going four months without sex is similar to attacking a bowl of cereal instead of eating it
jennifer’s father is an associate pastor at a church
the church is non-denominational/evangelical in denomination
jennifer’s father does not know that she has had sex with multiple people

but jennifer’s father does not confront her or inquire about her sins
he just wants her to ‘not be stupid’
she doesn’t feel stupid or like any actions that she takes are stupid

she becomes pregnant and gets an abortion without rick or her father knowing
but this makes jennifer very self-conscious when she is around rick or around her father
eventually she stops being self-conscious about this thing
and isn’t distracted by her complex emotions and distinct fear of rick or her father finding out that she has had an abortion
and that they will become extremely disappointed in her
rick does not lie to jennifer and tells her that he kissed another girl at a party
jennifer freaks out and yells at rick and hits his chest and cries and becomes afraid that she can’t trust him
and tells him that she got an abortion without really realizing she is saying this
rick freaks out and screams and hits a wall and cries and becomes afraid that everything is fucked and says something to jennifer like ‘why is this happening to us?’
jennifer touches rick and rick touches jennifer and they kiss and have unprotected sex
and make promises to each other and start to trust each other and feel like everything might not be fucked but like it is still a little fucked
and feel OK about this
and jennifer’s father asks her if she will do something important for him
‘sure’ jennifer says ‘what is it’
her father replies ‘don’t be stupid’
she says ‘of course daddy’ and becomes a giant roll of masking tape
and begins taping giant boxes that are full of live mice and styrofoam packing chips
as well as some that are completely empty
and she says things like ‘i am the future’
and everything becomes completely OK
